WE'LL HAVE A PRE-SUBMITTAL CONFERENCE IN LATE JANUARY FOLLOWED BY QUESTIONS THROUGHOUT FEBRUARY AND A FINAL DUE DATE MARCH 1. POST-SOLICITATION EVALUATION IS ESTIMATED TO COMPLETE IN EARLY APRIL. WE'LL USE THE REST OF THAT MONTH TO NEGOTIATE THE CONTRACT AND COME BACK TO YOU ALL FOR POST-SOLICITATION BRIEFING IN EARLY MAY. HOPEFULLY TO YOU ALL THIS SUMMER FOR FULL VOTE BY CITY COUNCIL. THE FIRST PRESENTATION IS PUBLIC WORKS IS REQUESTING APPROVAL TO RELEASE A REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS TO PROVIDE ON-CALL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES TO PROVIDE INSPECTION SERVICES FOR BOND FUNDED AS WELL AS OTHER CITY FUNDED PROJECTS. THIS IS STRICTLY FOR FACILITY-TYPE PROJECTS. THESE SERVICES CAN INCLUDE PROVIDING THE STORMWATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLANS, ATTENDING PRECONS, ON-SITE CONSTRUCTION MEETINGS, ENSURING DESIGN PLANS AND COMPLIANCE DURING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECTS.

THE PROPOSED TERM IS FIVE YEARS, THREE YEARS WITH TWO ONE-YEAR RENEWAL OPTIONS.

THE SERVICES INCLUDES PROVIDING DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS, COST ESTIMATES, PLAN AND REPORTS FOR SPECIFIC CITY DRAINAGE PROJECTS THAT ARE FUNDED WITH STORM WATER OPERATING AND STORM WATER REGIONAL. THE TERM IS FIVE YEARS, THREE YEARS WITH TWO ONE-YEAR RENEWAL OPTIONS. THE ESTIMATED VALUE -- THANK YOU.

THE ESTIMATED VALUE IS $1.3 MILLION ANNUALLY PER CONTRACT FOR A TOTAL OF $4 MILLION ANNUALLY AND NOT TO EXCEED $20 MILLION OVER THE ENTIRE FIVE YEARS.
