The City Council of San Antonio will convene in the "B" Room of the Municipal Plaza Building at 2:00 P.M. for discussion and possible action on the following:
1. 16-1691 A Briefing on the San Antonio B-Cycle Bike Share Program.

2. 16-1713 A Briefing and possible action regarding the "3 Plus 9", the City's FY 2016 Budget and Finance status for the first three months, updated estimates for revenues and expenditures for the remaining nine months, and the recommended FY 2017 Budget Calendar. At any time during the meeting, the City Council may recess into executive session to discuss the following:
A. 16-1732 Deliberations regarding economic development negotiations and discuss related legal issues pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.087 (economic development) and 551.071 (consultation with attorney).
B. 16-1733 Deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property and discuss related legal issues pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.072 (real property) and 551.071 (consultation with attorney).
C. 16-1734 Discuss legal issues related to collective bargaining pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (consultation with attorney).
D. 16-1735 Discuss legal issues related to the City's Small Business Economic Development Advocacy Program, pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (consultation with attorney).
E. 16-1789 Discuss legal issues relating to the Vista Ridge Regional Supply Project Water Transmission and Purchase Agreement pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (consultation with attorney).
F. 16-1825 Deliberate the evaluation and duties of the City Manager and discuss legal issues pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074 (personnel matters) and Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (consultation with attorney).
5:00 P.M. - If the Council has not yet adjourned, the presiding officer shall entertain a motion to continue the council meeting, postpone the remaining items to the next council meeting date, or recess and reconvene the meeting at a specified time on the following day.
6:00 PM (may be heard after this time) - Citizens to be Heard
At any time during the meeting, the City Council may meet in executive session for consultation concerning attorney-client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
