Each agreement is for a not-to-exceed total of $4,000,000, $800,000 annually, for an initial three-year term with two, one-year renewal options. The term begins upon the effective date of the ordinance and continues for a three-year period, with two, one-year renewals. Funding is from the Aviation Operations & Maintenance Fund.
