FOR COMING. WE'RE GOING TO GO AHEAD AND GET STARTED.

THE TIME IS NOW 10:01:00 A.M. ON THURSDAY, MAY 14, 2024, AND THE MEETING OF THE AUDIT COMMITTEE IS CALLED TO ORDER. MADAM CLERK, CAN YOU CALL THE ROLL?

QUORUM. >> VIAGRAN: GREAT. THE FIRST ITEM ON THE AGENDA IS APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES, KNOW THE MINUTES WERE UPDATED YESTERDAY, SO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE CURRENT VERSION.

CAN I GET A MOTION AND A SECOND TO APPROVE THE MINUTES.

>> MADAM CHAIR, I'LL ASK FOR APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES.

>> SECOND. >> VIAGRAN: I'VE GOT A MOTION AND A SECOND.

IS THERE ANY DISCUSSION? >> NO. >> VIAGRAN: IF NOT, WE'LL TAKE A VOTE. ALL IN FAVOR, SAY AYE.

>> VIAGRAN: ALL OPPOSED SAY NO. MOTION CARRIES. MADAM CLERK, TO WE HAVE

ANY PUBLIC COMMENT? >> CLERK: NO MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC SIGNED UP TO SPEAK.

>> VIAGRAN: ALL RIGHT. SO CONSENT AGENDA, ITEMS 2-4, AND THESE ARE FINAL CONSENT INTERNAL AUDIT REPORTS, CAN I GET A MOTION TO IMPROVE THE

FINAL INTERNAL AUDIT REPORTS. >> COURAGE: MADAM CHAIR, I MOVE

TO THE APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA. >> SECOND.

>> VIAGRAN: THERE'S A MOVEMENT AND A SECOND. IS THERE ANY DISCUSSION?

>> NO. >> VIAGRAN: THERE BEING NO FURTHER DISCUSSION, ALL IN FAVOR SAY AYE ALL RIGHT. SO NOW WE'RE GOING TO MOVE ON TO INDIVIDUAL ITEMS. WE HAVE THREE PO POST-SOLICITATION HIGH PROFILE BRIEFINGS FOR INDIVIDUAL CONSIDERATION.

>> CLERK: ITEM 5 IS APPROVAL TO PROCEED WITH SCHEDULING 2 CONTRACTS FOR CITY COUNCIL CONSIDERATION TO PROVIDE THE DEVELOPMENT SERVICE DEPARTMENT WITH DANGEROUS PREMISE ABATEMENT LOT CLEAN AND SECURING THE STRUCTURES SERVICES IN THE ESTIMATED TOTAL VALUE OF

$4,239,150,000 FOR 1 YEAR WITH 4-1 YEAR OPTIONS TO RENEW. >> GOOD MORNING, MADAM CHAIR AND COMMITTEE MEMBERS. I'M MIKE SHANNON.

AND WE'RE HERE TO TALK ABOUT THE POST SOLICITATION BRIEFING ABOUT THE DANGEROUS PREMISE ABATEMENT CONTRACT.

THIS IS ONE OF THE CONTRACTS WE HAVE, ONE OF THE FEW WE HAVE WHERE PROPERTY OWNERS OF VACANT STRUCTURES THAT AREN'T SECURED OR CLEANED UP, WE HIRE A CONTRACTOR TO DO THAT WORK THROUGH OUR CODE ENFORCEMENT PROCESS. SO TO QUICKLY GO THROUGH THAT.

WE ISSUE SOLICITATION. WE WANT UP TO 8 CONTRACTORS.

WE HAVE A LOT OF WORK. WE DO OVER ABOUT 800 OF THESE A YEAR.

THESE TYPES OF ABATEMENTS THROUGHOUT THE CITY, AND THIS WOULD BE WHERE THE PROPERTY OWNER DID NOT SECURE THE STRUCTURE WITH PLYWOOD AROUND THE DOORS AND WINDOWS TO KEEP IT SAFE. AGAIN, THESE ARE VACANT STRUCTURES, AND CERTAINLY ANY MOWING OR CLEANING OF THE PREMISSES, SO WE MAY HAVE, YOU KNOW, TALL GRASS, JUNK AND DEBRIS, MAYBE EVEN GRAFFITI. SO THE CONTRACTORS WE SELECT DO THIS.

SO THIS IS RFP, IT'S A ONE-YEAR CONTRACT BUT WITH FOUR ONE-YEAR OPTIONS, SO THINK OF THIS AS A POTENTIAL FIVE YEARS.

WE DO HAVE -- IT'S PART OF MY BUDGET EACH YEAR. $840,000 ANNUALLY FOR THIS, AND FROM OUR GENERAL FUND CODE ENFORCEMENT BUDGET THE CURRENT CONTRACT EXPIRES AT THE END OF JUNE THIS YEAR, SO THAT'S WHY THIS IS CERTAINLY TIMELY FOR US. SO WE'RE GOING TO RECOMMEND TWO VENDORS, THEY'RE LISTED THERE, THEY BOTH SCORED WELL. THEY MET ALL THE CRITERIA. AND WE'RE LOOKING FORWARD -- THOSE ARE THE RANKS THERE, BUT THEY'RE BOTH RECOMMENDED FOR THESE AWARDS.

AND JUST A LITTLE BIT OF HOW WE WENT THROUGH THIS PROCESS. WE HAD OVER -- YOU KNOW, ALMOST 700 VENDORS NOTIFIED. FIVE VENDORS AT THE PRESUBMITTAL, TWO OF THE ONES THAT WERE SELECTED, THOSE WERE THE ONES THAT RESPONDED, AND NO MATERIAL FINDINGS THAT WOULD PRECLUDE THEM FROM BEING PART OF THIS.

AND WITH THAT, I'LL BE HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU HAVE.

>> VIAGRAN: THANK YOU, MIKE. AND SO THESE TWO VEN VENDORS, THEIR SCORES WEREN'T SUPER HIGH -- I CAN'T -- YEAH. LET'S.

>> HERE WE GO. >> VIAGRAN: THERE WE GO. BUT -- SO IT'S ONE YEAR, AND THEN A POSSIBLE ONE YEAR EXTENSION FOR THE NEXT FOUR YEARS?

[00:05:05]

>> YEAH. SO WE WOULD DO A ONE-YEAR CONTRACT, AND CERTAINLY IF EVERYTHING IS GOING WELL, WE WOULD ADMINISTRATIVELY EXTEND THAT EACH YEAR, CERTAINLY, IF THEY'RE NOT PERFORMING WELL, WE MAY HAVE TO REDO THIS. CERTAINLY, WE MAY WANT TO EVEN OPEN IT UP TO GET MORE CONTRACTORS, IF YOU MAY REMEMBER, WE'RE TRYING TO SELECT MULTIPLE BECAUSE WE DON'T WANT TO OVERWHELM ANY ONE CONTRACTOR BECAUSE IT'S A LOT OF WORK. BUT, YEAH, THAT ONE YEAR

INCREMENT SEEMS TO SERVE US WELL. >> VIAGRAN: AND THE NEIGHBORS IN THE AREA. WOULD THEY BE CONTACTING THE CITY IF THEY CONTINUALLY HAVE ISSUE WITH THE RESIDENTS OR MAYBE THE PLYWOOD WASN'T PUT UP WELL ENOUGH OR A BIG STORM, IT COMES DOWN.

>> ABSOLUTELY. SO WE HAVE A SPECIFICATION OF PART OF THE CONTRACT ON WHAT PLYWOOD TO USE. THE NAIL AND SCREW PATTERNS NEED TO BE TO BE SECURE, CERTAINLY, THOUGH WE KNOW ONCE SOMETHING IS SECURED, SOMETIMES THEY GET UNSECURED, YOU KNOW, FAIRLY QUICKLY. SO WE MAY GET CALLED OUT AND HAVE TO CALL THE CONTRACTOR TO REDO IT. SO IT GOES THROUGH NOT ONLY OUR TYPICAL PROCESS, BUT TO REDO IT, WE CAN GET THEM BACK OUT THERE QUICKLY, SO THAT'S

PART OF THE NORMAL PROCESS. >> VIAGRAN: ALL RIGHT.

NOW I'M -- I WAS HOPING WE'D HAVE MORE PEOPLE LOOK INTO THIS LOCALLY, BUT IT SEEMS LIKE THEY DID NOT. SO I'M GLAD THAT WE'RE -- WE HAD TWO CONTRACTORS AT LEAST AND WE CAN MOVE FORWARD WITH THEM AND THEN POSSIBLY LOOK AT OPENING IT UP IF THEY'RE OVERWHELMED ON

THIS NEXT YEAR. >> THAT'S THE PLAN, YES. >> VIAGRAN: THANK YOU.

EVERYONE ELSE HAVE ANY COMMENTS? COUNCILMAN COURAGE.

>> COURAGE: I THOUGHT I HEARD THAT THERE WERE MORE THAT DO THIS WORK.

DO YOU HAVE, LIKE, A LIST OF SIX OR SEVEN OR EIGHT OR ARE WE ONLY

HIRING TWO TO DO ALL 800 HOMES. >> WELL, RIGHT NOW WE

ONLY HAD TWO RESPONDENTS. >> COURAGE: OKAY.

OKAY. >> TO THIS CONTRACT. WE'RE WORKING ON ANOTHER CONTRACT FOR VACANT LOTS WE'LL BRING TO THIS COMMITTEE DOWN THE ROAD.

WE HAD MORE RESPONDENTS TO THAT ONE. SO CERTAINLY, WE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MORE, BUT RIGHT NOW, WE WANT TO GO WITH THE TWO THAT RESPONDED BECAUSE, ONE, THEY HAVE A PROPOSED PLAN.

I THINK THEY'RE ELIGIBLE TO DO IT. WE HAVE A CONTRACT THAT EXPIRES IN JUST A MONTH AND A HALF, SO IT'S CRITICAL THAT WE GET SOME CONTRACTORS TO JUST, YOU KNOW, HAVE NO SLOW-DOWN IN THAT, BUT I THINK WHAT WE'LL DO IS MORE OUTREACH AND MAYBE PUT IT OUT THERE AGAIN LATER THIS YEAR TO TRY TO GET SOME ADDITIONAL CONTRACTORS ON BOARD.

>> COURAGE: YEAH. I WOULD THINK IDEALLY TWO TO DO 800 A YEAR SOUNDS LIKE A LOT THEY MAY NOT BE ABLE TO KEEP UP WITH.

SO I WOULD HOPE THAT WE CAN -- AT LEAST THOSE TWO CAN DO THE JOB, BUT

IF NOT, YOU KNOW, OPEN IT UP AND INVITE OTHERS. >> YEAH.

>> COURAGE: BUT I CERTAINLY WILL SUPPORT THE ONESES THAT YOU BROUGHT TODAY.

>> SURE. >> AND CHAIR AND COMMITTEE MEMBERS, WE CAN WORK WITH MIKE AND HIS TEAM, AND IF WE NEED TO PUT ANOTHER SOLICITATION OUT, WE CAN GET THAT OUT QUICKLY AND COME BACK WITH ADDITIONAL CONTRACTORS IF WE NEED TO TO SUPPLEMENT THESE TWO, BUT AS HE MENTIONED, THE IMPORTANT PART WOULD BE FOR US TO MOVE FORWARD TODAY TO GET THESE TWO IN PLACE, MAKE SURE HE'S GOT ACCESS TO CONTRACTORS THAT COULD DO THE WORK, WE'LL EVALUATE WHETHER WE NEED TO BRING SOMETHING BACK TO THE COMMITTEE. THANK YOU.

>> VIAGRAN: ANY OTHER DISCUSSION? ALL RIGHT.

THANK YOU, MIKE. ANY DISCUSSION, REPRESENTATIVE HARRIS? NO. OKAY. THANK YOU, MIKE.

I THINK THIS IS A GOOD FIRST STEP. I'LL NEED A MOTION AND A

SECOND. >> COURAGE: I MOVE THE APPROVAL OF THE CONTRACT RECOMMENDED TO

CITY COUNCIL. >> SECOND. >> VIAGRAN: WE HAVE A MOTION AND A SECOND. ALL IN FAVOR SAY AYE.

>> VIAGRAN: AND THE MOTION CARRIES. ITEM NUMBER 6.

>> CLERK: ITEM 6 IS APPROVAL TO PROCEED WITH SCHEDULING ONE CONTRACT FOR CITY COUNCIL CONSIDERATION TO PROVIDE THE SAN ANTONIO PUBLIC LIBRARY WITH PRINT MATERIALS, CATALOGING, AND PROCESSING SERVICES IN THE ESTIMATED TOTAL VALUE OF $24,500,000 FOR 5 YEARS WITH 2,

1 YEAR OPTIONS TO RENEW. >> VIAGRAN: THANK YOU. AND GO AHEAD, THE FLOOR

IS YOURS. >> GOOD TO SEE YOU ALL AGAIN AFTER BEING HERE NOT TOO LONG AGO. SO THIS IS A CONTRACT FOR THE PRINT MATERIALS AT THE LIBRARY, PRINT BOOKS. SO WE BRING TO YOU AND HAVE DIFFERENT CONTRACTS FOR DIFFERENT KINDS OF LIBRARY MATERIALS.

THIS IS FOR THE PRINT BOOKS, WHAT MOST OF US THINK OF AS A LIBRARY BOOK. THESE ARE MATERIALS, PRIMARILY ENGLISH AND SPANISH, IT DOES GIVE US OPPORTUNITY TO PURSUE SOME OTHER LANGUAGES.

THE ITEMS COME CATALOGED, THAT IS TO SAY WITH RECORDS THAT WE CAN PUT IN OUR CATALOG AND PEOPLE CAN FIND THE BOOKS, PROCESSING -- YOU

[00:10:06]

KNOW, THAT'S THE KIND OF LABELS AND BAR CODES AND SO ON THAT WE PUT ON THE BOOKS FOR THEM TO BE ABLE TO BE USED. AND ELECTRONIC ORDERING AND INVOICING. AND OF COURSE IT SUPPORTS THE WHOLE LIBRARY SYSTEM AND THEREBY THE WHOLE CITY. SO YOU CAN SEE IT WAS A REQUEST FOR A COMPETITIVE SALE PROPOSAL. THAT'S BEEN MENTIONED ALREADY.

THE VALUE IS $3.5 MILLION ANNUALLY FROM THE GENERAL FUND, AND OUR CURRENT CONTRACT EXPIRES IN SEPTEMBER -- THE END OF SEPTEMBER.

SO THIS IS THE INFORMATION ON THE VENDORS. YOU CAN SEE THE TOTAL SCORES THERE, AND IT DID SEEM THAT THERE WAS A CLEAR VENDOR -- AVON DOOR WHO CLEARLY HAD A HIGHER SCORE THAN THE OTHERS, SO THAT WAS THE VENDORS THAT WE EVALUATED.

THE DUE DILIGENCE. WE DID NOTIFY 47 VENDORS. THERE ARE REALLY NOT HAVE VERYMANY VENDORS IN THE CATEGORY, BUT WE WANT TO NOTIFY AS MANY VENDORS AS THERE MIGHT BE TO RESPOND. ONE VENDOR WAS REGISTERED AT THE PRESUBMITTAL CONFERENCE.

WE HAD THE THREE RESPONSES WITH NO MATERIAL FINDINGS FOR MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OR DUE DILIGENCE. AND THAT IS THE PRESENTATION, BUT OF COURSE

I'M HAPPY TO TAKE QUESTIONS FROM YOU. >> CHAIR, IF I COULD JUST MAKE ONE CLARIFICATION, DALE, COULD YOU GO BACK TO SLIDE 3, REALLY QUICK.

THE NEXT ONE, THE SCORING MATRIX. WE'VE GOT A TYPO ON THAT

SLIDE. >> I'M SORRY. THERE WE GO.

>> WELL, IT KEEPS MOVING. >> I WASN'T. >> RIGHT THERE.

>> SO CATEGORY A SHOULD BE A TOTAL OF 50 P 25 POINTS, AND PROPOSED PLAN 55 POINTS.

80 POINTS, THE VENDORS ARE ACCURATE, BUT I WANTED TO POINT OUT THAT THAT CRITERIA THAT'S LISTED THERE, WE HAVE TYPOS THERE. IT SHOULD BE 25 POINTS, AGAIN, FOR CATEGORY A, AND 55 POINTS FOR CATEGORY B, THANK YOU.

>> THANK YOU, MY APOLOGIES. I -- I SHOULD HAVE NOTICED THAT MYSELF.

>> VIAGRAN: ALL RIGHT, THANK YOU, BEN. THANK YOU.

SO WE'RE DOING THIS IN ENOUGH TIME, SO THERE SHOULDN'T BE ANY

DELAY; CORRECT. >> CORRECT. >> VIAGRAN: IF WE MOVE THIS

FORWARD TODAY. >> THAT'S RIGHT. >> VIAGRAN: THANK YOU, DALE.

DO ANY COMMITTEE MEMBERS HAVE ANY QUESTIONS? YES, COUNCILMAN COURAGE.

>> COURAGE: DALE. ANY BOOKS, MAGAZINES, OR PIECES OF READING MATERIAL DO WE USUALLY BRING IN ON AVERAGE, OR WHAT DO WE THINK THIS

PARTICULAR OFFER WILL BRING IN? >> ABOUT 1 MILLION

ITEMS. >> COURAGE: OKAY. THANK YOU.

>> YEAH. WITH PRINT BOOKS, I'LL JUST SAY THE IDEA THAT WE HAVE THAT PRINT BOOKS ARE CHEAPER FOR LIBRARIES AND THE PUBLIC IT'S TRUE, WITH DIGITAL, IT'S THE OPPOSITE, BUT WITH PRINT BOOKS IT'S

THAT WAY. >> VIAGRAN: GREAT. ANY OTHER QUESTIONS?

IF NOT, I'M LOOKING FOR A MOTION AND A SECOND. >> MOTION.

>> COURAGE: I'LL SECOND. >> VIAGRAN: WE'VE GOT A MOTION AND A SECOND.

ALL IN FAVOR SAY AYE.

MOTION CARRIES. ALL RIGHT. WE'RE GOING TO GO AHEAD AND MOVE ON TO ITEM 7. MADAM CLERK, PLEASE READ THE CAPTION.

>> CLERK: ITEM 7 IS APPROVAL TO PROCEED WITH SCHEDULING ONE CONTRACT FOR CITY COUNCIL CONSIDERATION TO PROVIDE A CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK FOR PRECONSTRUCTION AND CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES FOR THE CARVER BRANCH LIBRARY RENOVATION PROJECT LOCATED IN DISTRICT 2 IN

THE ESTIMATED TOTAL VALUE NOT TO EXCEED $9 MILLION. >> VIAGRAN: S ARESY, THE FLOOR

IS YEAR. >> GOOD MORNING. I'M THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT. THIS IS ASKED YULING CONTRACT.

TO PROVIDE CONSTRUCTION, COST ESTIMATE, AND PRECONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR CARVER BRANCH LIBRARY AND RENOVATION PROJECT.

THE PROJECT TERM WILL BEGIN IN ROUGHLY 2027. AS MENTIONED, BUDGET FOR THIS PROJECT IS $9 MILLION. IT'S FUNDED BY 2022 BOND PROGRAM, AND THIS IS A NEW CONTRACT. ON MARCH 4, 2024, THE EVALUATION COMMITTEE REVIEWED THE SOLE RESPONSE FOR PHASE 1 AND REQUESTED PRICE PROPOSAL INTENDED TO INTERVIEW FOR PHASE 2.

[00:15:02]

THE INTERVIEW WAS DONE ON APRIL 4 IN 2024, AND IT COVERED THE RESPONSE TO THE BIDDER. MWBE AND 3% FOR AABE. LOCAL PREFERENCE PROGRAM IS NOT APPLICABLE. VETERANS OWNED, SMALL BUSINESS PREFERRED PROGRAM, ALSO NOT APPLICABLE. NUMBER OF THE VENDOR WAS NUMBER 654, TWO FOR PRESUBMITTAL, ONE RESPONSE FOR OUR REQUEST, NO FINDING, AND OF COURSE RESULT OF DUE DILIGENCE REVIEW, ALSO NO MATERIAL FINDING. AND THAT IS MY PRESENTATION.

I'M HAPPY TO TAKE ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE. >> VIAGRAN: THANK YOU, RAZI.

NOW, I UNDERSTAND BECAUSE THE CARVER -- THIS IS HIST

HISTORIC; CORRECT. >> IT HAS SOME HISTORIC ELEMENT, CORRECT.

>> VIAGRAN: AND SO WE HAD A -- THE RESPONSE THAT WE RECEIVED WAS FROM SOMEBODY THAT HAS

EXPERIENCE IN DOING HISTORIC BUILDINGS AND CULTURAL. >> CORRECT.

THEY WOULD BE MORE MORE OF A PROJECT MANAGER, WORKING WITH THE DESIGNER, MAKING SURE WHAT'S DESIGNED CAN BE DONE, AND PROVIDE US A GOOD COST ESTIMATE, AND ALSO MANAGE PROJECT DURING CONSTRUCTION.

THE BENEFIT OF CMR, RATHER THAN ADVERTISING THE ENTIRE PROJECT ON TIME, THEY PECK AT EACH INDIVIDUAL BITE ITSELF, ADVERTISE THOSE, AND

ALSO MANAGE THE PROJECT DURING CONSTRUCTION. >> VIAGRAN: SO THEY'LL BE HERE

FROM THIS POINT UNTIL THE END. >> UNTIL THEY FINISH THE PROJECT, CORRECT.

>> VIAGRAN: GREAT. NOW I THINK THAT IS DEFINITELY THE WAY TO GO ON THIS PROJECT BECAUSE OF THE CULTURAL SIGNIFICANCE AND THE HISTORY THERE IN THAT AREA AND MAKING SURE THAT IT WORKS WITH HOW WE'RE MOVING FORWARD IN DISTRICT 2. SO THOSE ARE ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. DO ANY OTHER COUNCILMEMBERS OR COMMITTEE MEMBERS HAVE QUESTIONS? COUNCILMAN COURAGE.

>> COURAGE: THANK YOU. WILL THE DEPARTMENT OF HISTORIC PRESERVATION HAVE ANY KIND OF INPUT, OVERSIGHT, OR WHATEVER AS WE REDO THIS, SINCE

THERE IS HISTORIC VALUE TO THIS. >> ACTUALLY, ANY TIME WE DO ANY CITY FACILITY, WE WORK WITH THEM CLOSELY, NO MATTER IF IT'S

HISTORIC BUILDING OR NOT. >> COURAGE: OKAY.

I KNOW THAT BRINGING A CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK IS NEW FOR US.

WE HAVEN'T SEEN TOO MANY OF THESE. I THINK, YOU KNOW, THE AIRPORT HAS BEEN A BIG ONE. SHOULD WE EXPECT TO SEE MORE OF THIS KIND OF AN ARRANGEMENT ON MORE OF THE PROJECTS COMING TO

US? >> YES, COUNCILMAN. FIRST OF ALL, THE PROJECT HAS TO BE LARGE ENOUGH, AT LEAST $10 MILLION OR LARGER.

SECONDLY, THE PROJECT HAS TO BE MORE COMPLICATED THAN A SIMPLE DRAINAGE PROJECT OR SIMPLE SIDEWALK PROJECT.

HISTORIC BUILDING ARE RENOVATION, WE DO -- LIKE A BUILDING LIKE CITY HALL. THE IDEA IS THAT THE DESIGNER AND CONTRACTOR WILL DOT THE WORK AND WORK TODAY. THERE ARE A FEW CRITERIA FOR CMR, LARGE PROJECT, SOPHISTICATED PROJECT, AFFECTS THE TRAFFIC, STAKEHOLDER, BUSINESSES, OR JUST A OLD HISTORIC BUILDING.

>> COURAGE: THANK YOU. CHAIR, I MOVE THE APPROVAL OF THIS TO THE

COUNCIL FOR THEIR ACTION. >> I SECOND.

>> VIAGRAN: I'VE GOT A MOTION AND A SECOND. ALL THOSE IN FAVOR SAY AYE.

>> VIAGRAN: I'M GOING TO TAKE CONSIDERATION OF ITEMS FOR FUTURE MEETINGS.

I KNOW COUNCILMAN WHYTE HAS BROUGHT UP SOME EFFORTS, AND BEN AND TROY AND I ARE MEETING FOR WHEN TO GET THAT ON THE CALENDAR.

SO WE'RE WORKING ON THAT. ANY OTHER ITEMS FOR FUTURE MEETINGS FROM MY COMMITTEE MEMBERS? IF THAT IS IT, THE NEXT MEETING IS SCHEDULEED FOR JUNE 11, 2024. THE TIME IS NOW 10:21, AND THE MEETING IS NOW ADJOURNED. THANK YOU.
