THEY DON'T WANT THAT.

THEY SEE MORE ACCIDENTS TAKING PLACE BECAUSE OF THAT CONGESTION.

THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVED THAT RECOMMENDATION TO YOU.

AT THE END OF THAT MEETING, MR. BUSTAMANTE, ALSO THE CHAIR OF THE ZONING COMMISSION, ASKED THAT I AMEND MY REQUEST AND TURN IT INTO IDZ-2 WITH THE PERMISSION FOR FIVE DWELLING UNITS, WHICH I DID, WHICH THE ZONING COMMISSION THEN UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED. IT IS NOT MY INTENT TO CHANGE THIS PROPERTY.
